Processing partners
Last reviewed: 2 September 2026
Ozah Digital Limited uses carefully selected providers only where they are needed to deliver or protect a service. We remain responsible for choosing appropriate providers and limiting the personal data shared with them.
Provider categories
Depending on the service you use, processing partners may support secure hosting, communications, consent-based audience measurement, payments, customer support, business research or work you specifically ask us to perform. They receive only the data reasonably required for that purpose and must handle it under appropriate confidentiality, privacy and security terms.
To request current provider information relevant to your data, contact the privacy address shown in our privacy notice. We may withhold details that would create a security risk, but we will provide the information required by applicable law.
International transfers
When a provider processes personal data outside Nigeria, we assess the destination, necessity and available safeguards under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and, where applicable, the GDPR, UK GDPR or other local law.
AI processing boundary
When an AI-assisted feature is selected, we minimise the context provided and do not intentionally include payment credentials or private customer files unless the service specifically requires that content and an appropriate lawful basis and safeguard exist.
Changes and objections
We review processing arrangements on the schedule shown above and before a materially new use. You can ask how a provider category affects your data or object where the law provides that right.
